Unfriendly service. This is not how you will attract customers

So personally, I've never been there. Never heard of it either. And don't know how I ended up here. But would come back in principle. Bad staff.

I've known this iced coffee for 40 years. As a child, I often went there with my grandma. Today for the first time in 20 years and it was nice to see the old lettering above the shop again. The range has increased and is just as tasty as it was back then. The service was super nice and the shop itself is very cozy. Gladly again!!!

As far as the mask requirement in the ice cream parlor is concerned, I cannot speak of good experiences either. When I didn't put my mask on fast enough for the first time, I was asked to put it on outside. The second time, a man without a mask stood 50cm behind me. At my request to keep my distance, I got a stupid saying. The staff did not comment on this. The person was definitely known personally and was served politely without a mask. That was all for the wedding of the lockdown. It is clearly measured by two standards. I think the ice cream is the best in Eller.

Ice cream is good - service usually too - but today: I was treated very rudely and rebuked. I don't wear a mask and said that I have a certificate. Then I was asked VERY unfriendly to resign immediately. An employee serving outside did not wear a mask .........; but then treat the customers like this ....... One thing is certain: I no longer go to an ice cream parlor where I am discriminated against because of illness and treated so unkindly. A good ice cream is no use either. It's a shame, because the Corona crisis is over at some point and then Palatini also needs customers again. Without customers, no sales, no money and no wages.

Food was delicious but we had to wait forever until we could pay. There were only 4 other tables occupied.

The ice cream was delicious and you can sit inside and out. Parking is available opposite the Deutsche Bank.

Long waiting times, poor ice quality and an extremely arrogant staff (both at the ice cream on the ground floor, as well as on the floor). It took us 50 minutes to redeem a coupon for a scoop of ice cream because we were sent by the staff to three different locations and had to wait a long time everywhere.

Palatine is known for many many years in Düsseldorf... the ice-cream is good... but there is not enough space and seats outside to enjoy on a sunny day

The only good thing was the view. Cheeky waiter, no thanks, no request, otherwise got the lips hardly apart and always mega unfriendly look. Prices for a more moderate coffee a joke
